We hope to hold the 2020 AGM at 1930 hours on Wednesday the 10th June 2020.
Due to COVID 19 we hope to hold a virtual meeting whereby members will be given the opportunity to attend the AGM using an online platform which allows members to vote, ask questions and participate electronically in real time.

Members wishing to submit motions or nominations for office should make them to me no later than midnight on Monday 25th May 2020..
Motions and nominations should be proposed and seconded by Voting Members of BRUFC Limited, these can be in writing or email as per the Articles of Association.
The motions or nominations should be submitted to me by midnight on the 25th May 2020 at 13 Heath Road, Timperley, Altrincham, WA15 6BH or via emails to acartlidge1@ntlworld.com
Members of the Committee will also be making nominations for each of the posts.
The vacancies for which the election will take place this year are for:
1) President (following Nick Buckley’s decision to stand for re-election as per the Articles of Association)
2) Head of House (following Myles Kitchiner’s decision to stand for re-election as per the Articles of Association)
3) Chairman of Senior Section/Director of Rugby (following Tim Martin’s resignation)
4) Secretary (following Amanda Cartlidge’s decision to stand for re-election as per the Articles of Association)
5) M & J Chairman (Following Chris Bathurst’s decision to stand for re-election as per the Articles of Association)
6) Treasurer (Following Chris Varley’s resignation)
7) Non-Executive Director (following Chris Ronan’s decision to stand for re-election as per the Articles of Association)
